Program Rules: Cabi Spring 2025 Hostess Benefits & Rewards
Overview
The Spring 2025 Hostess Benefits & Rewards Program (“Program”) offers exclusive rewards to eligible individuals who host cabi Fashion Experiences (“Hosts” or “Hostesses”) during the Spring 2025 season. The Program includes three components:
1. Hostess Benefits
2. Hostess VIPerks
3. Monthly Hostess Sweepstakes
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Rules and the decisions of cabi, which are final and binding. Detailed Official Rules for each Monthly Hostess Sweepstakes will be published alongside each sweepstakes. Cabi may, in its sole discretion, change these Program Rules, available Rewards and special offers at any time with or without notice.
Your participation in the Program is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Participation in the Program is also governed by our website Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) and any sweepstakes official rules (“Official Rules”). In case of a conflict between the Terms, Privacy Policy, Official Rules and/or these Terms & Conditions as it relates to the Program, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.
1. Hostess Benefits
Hostess Benefits are available to all Hostesses throughout the Spring 2025 season and reward Hostesses based on the sales achieved at their Fashion Experience. These benefits include discounts, credits, and exclusive opportunities.
Timing
Hostess Benefits are available for all qualifying shows held and closed between January 16, 2025, and June 30, 2025.
Eligibility
Hostess Benefits (“Benefits”) are available to all Hostesses and Co-Hostesses with qualifying Fashion Experiences in the United States (U.S.), Canada (CAN), and the United Kingdom (U.K.). A qualifying show is one with a minimum of $250 USD (£200 GBP) in Commissionable Volume (CV) from Guest Orders.
Rewards
Hostess Benefits are earned based on Commissionable Volume (CV) from Guest Orders at a Fashion Experience and include the following rewards:

Unlimited Earning Potential:
- For every $250 (£200) over $1,000 (£800) in total sales, you’ll receive another item at 50% off.
- For every $500 (£400) over $1,000 (£800) in total sales, you’ll receive $15 (£12) in cabi Credits, which can add up to free items.
Jewelry Benefit: Hostesses and Co-Hostesses can each earn one jewelry item at 50% off for every show with a minimum of $250 (£200) CV. Jewelry rewards must be redeemed at the time of the show.
Benefit Banking: Hostesses may save unused 50% off items for use later in the season. These benefits expire on June 30, 2025, and cannot be carried into future seasons.
Restrictions
- Orders from Hostesses, Co-Hostesses, and Referrers do not count toward total CV for qualifying sales.
- Benefits must be redeemed at the time of the show unless otherwise noted.
2. Hostess VIPerks
Hostess VIPerks provide additional seasonal rewards based on sales achieved at qualifying Fashion Experiences during the specified eligibility period.

Timing
- Eligibility Period: Shows must be closed between January 16, 2025, and March 31, 2025 to earn Hostess VIPerks.
- Redemption Period: Rewards earned must be redeemed between February 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025.
Eligibility
Available to all Hostesses and Co-Hostesses in the U.S., Canada, and U.K.
Qualifying guest order sales thresholds exclude orders from Hostesses, Co-Hostesses, and Referrers.
3. Hostess Monthly Sweepstakes
Monthly Hostess Sweepstakes offer prizes to eligible Hostesses who hold and close qualifying shows within the specified months.
Timing
- One sweepstakes will be held each calendar month from February through June 2025.
- Hostesses may hold and close a qualifying show during each corresponding month to be automatically entered into the then-current sweepstakes.
Eligibility
- Open to U.S. and Canadian residents only, who are least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (additional eligibility restrictions will be included in the Official Rules for each sweepstakes).
- Limited to:
- Debut Hostesses hosting a Fashion Experience for the first time.
- Encore Hostesses in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th season of hosting
Official Rules
- All sweepstakes will be subject to separate Official Rules pertaining to each sweepstakes. Detailed Official Rules for each monthly sweepstakes, including prize details and approximate retail values and additional eligibility restrictions, will be published at the time each sweepstakes launches. Please refer to each individual sweepstakes Official Rules for more information.
4. General Conditions
- Modification Rights: cabi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including any benefits, rewards, or eligibility criteria, at any time without notice.
- If cabi improperly denies a member Rewards or some other benefit of the Program, the member’s exclusive remedy shall be the issuance of the improperly denied Reward or benefit, if available, or such other alternative comparable benefit as determined by cabi, which shall have no additional liability whatsoever. In no event shall cabi be liable to any Hostess, or anyone claiming through a Hostess, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or lost revenue or profits, arising out of cabi’s acts or omissions in connection with the Program.
- Tax Responsibility: All prizes and rewards are subject to applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial and local tax laws. Recipients are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their rewards. For US residents only: Should any individual receive prizes and/or rewards totaling $600 or more during a calendar year, such individual will receive an IRS form 1099 for the total actual retail value of all prizes and/or rewards received.
- California Notice of Financial Incentive: The Program provides discounts, rewards, and other benefits in exchange for hosting cabi Fashion Experiences. Under California law, this may be considered a “financial incentive” program. The value of your personal information to cabi is reasonably related to the value of the rewards and benefits provided, less the cost of administering the Program. Participation is voluntary. - Limitations of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, cabi is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Program or the use or misuse of any rewards. By participating in the Program, Hostesses agree to release and hold harmless cabi and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and the employees, officers and directors of each of the foregoing from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including without limitation, death and bodily injury, resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Reward, participation in the Program or any Program-related activities. The sole remedy for any lost or stolen Reward is solely replacement, subject to availability.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
- Force Majeure: cabi is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
